i was trying to see a movie using HDMI but once i connected the laptop with the TV i got and invalid format on the tv and the laptop screen went black. i tried disconnecting the laptop and change the screen resolution on the second monitor, the TV but it got stuck on 800 by 600 and i cant move it and or change it. how do i fix this? please help!!I can't change the screen resolution? Dell computer?
Try to reset the TV/monitor. Look for the reset feature in the menu. Then adjust to your desired resolution.
