Everything on the screen, like the task bar, icons, everything is showing up really big. Even websites wont show up properly because the sizes are so messed up. Ive tried changing

Change your screen resolution. Right-click on the desktop and choose the ';Settings'; tab. There you will see a slider to change your res.
