did you install the drivers? go to system in control panel, hardware, device manager, got ! next to vga adapter? have you tried to raise the resolution.... right click desktop, select properties, settings tab.Question about screen resolution after installing new video card?
Right Click on Desktop %26gt; Properties %26gt; Settings

Adjust the screen resolution to fit your monitor.

To manually customize many Windows graphical things download TweakUI from Microsoft's website.

RIght click, anywhere on the desktop, click properties. On the screen that appears click settings and see what screen size has been set. If it says 800x600 change it to 1024x768 etc

That changes the pixels presented.
