How to change GTA Vice city screen resolution?

I have installed Vice city in my PC. I have a LCD 19';. Its resolution 1900x1440. And in the setup of vice city only 640x480 default locked. Can you pls. tell me, how can I change it as per my requirement?

you can do this by changing the resolution by the options while you run the game or you can change your PC's resolution
start vice city%26gt;options%26gt;Display Setup%26gt;Screen Resolution%26gt; then scroll down from your mouse
