Is this a screen resolution problem?

So, we sweeped the computer out of viruses. And the screen looks a little different now. Everything is much smaller, even the icons and the task bar and the firefox internet buttons. I tried changing the screen resolution but it didn't change the size of anything it made it all fuzzy I tried all of them. How can I fix this, so it goes back to normal? I have an HPw1907 and I think it's a 19'; screen? Fairly long.Is this a screen resolution problem?
Did you install the graphics drivers? After i do a fresh install everything is all blurry until i do that. After i install the drivers after looking at a blurry screen for 10 minutes it seems like the picture quality is the most superb thing I've seen.Is this a screen resolution problem?
question comes up, what did you download before this started. did you ok it after changing resolutions. sometimes a reboot is needed. it sounds either you did something wrong, or you have software conflict, in that something else is causing it.
If everything seems smaller, the resolution must have been increased, and more things may seem to accommodate on your screen. Try keeping the resolution at 1366x768.
It may be a graphics card problem. Try to reinstall the drivers and let's see if this solved your problem.
